This project is aimed at developing a system, which can be used in performing management functions with ease, and also increases the efficiency of the management of personnel and increases productivity of the organization. The personnel functions in any establishment are the essence of management system. These functions include getting the right people into the right job, the personnel are the greatest asset of any organization and if it is fully developed. It increases productivity of an organization than any course of action. This research work looks at the personnel information system at LG Shop, Lagos and analyzed how it is organized and implemented. It was observed that personnel information at the place of case study was manually handled in files and registers thus making it susceptible to errors and unnecessary modification without approval. In view of this, personnel information system was proposed and developed in this work, that would allow personnel date to be managed and handled by the computer system. Ms-Access in conjunction with visual basic programming language was used in developing the system
