ABSTRACT Different preservation technique, were employed in the storage of kunu, sobodrink and soymilk. Sodium benzoate, sodium sorbate and sodium metabisulphite at three different concentrations were assessed. Pasteurization and refrigeration temperature during storage were also studied.
